I just posted that the permissions on share-its are a bit confusing and this is a corrollary. I can see this discussion, but I cannot see the associated share-it.

I think it should be impossible to have a public discussion on a share-it that is not public. The permissions of the discussion should mirror those of the share-it, shouldn’t they?
