Hi all,

has anyone encounter the following error in Paglo when running WSUS;

“Unable to load WSUS: 126: the specified module could not be found. “c:\Program Files\Paglo\Paglo\Crawler\Plugins\installed\com.paglo.wsus\dotnet\lib\dotnet.so\”

I have checked the location and the file is there, I have also checked the right to the directory and the are all correct. Also I am running Paglo Crawler and and WSUS on the same server.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
RudyM

You said the error was:

c:\Program Files\Paglo\Paglo\Crawler\Plugins\installed\com.paglo.wsus\dotnet\lib\dotnet.so\

was that trailing “\” actually in the log message?

Also, could you email the “crawler.log” file from

c:\Program Files\Paglo\Paglo Crawler\crawler.log to support@paglo.com.

We have seen this before and I would like to figure out what is causing it.

Hi all, I had the same error. This my lab configuration:

- 1 WSUS Server 3.0 SP2, on Windows Server 2003 SP2
- 1 paglo Crawler 3.2.18.1452, on Windows XP Pro SP3
- The Windows XP Pro has .Net Framework v1.1, 2, 3 & 3,5
- Both machines are in a workgroup, named WORKGROUP
- I’m using passthrough authentication, and I can use the WSUS Admin Console from the Windows XP Pro computer, logged in as local administrator
- I´m running the Paglo Crawler with the local administrato account (the same I used to test the connection with WSUS with the Admin Console)

Any help? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,

I´ve solved my issue with this workaround:

1. First, install the following software pre requisites

2. Then, download rubydotnet-bin-0.3.0.zip
3. Unzip the file, to your hard drive
4. Open a command prompt, and navigate to the folder used to unzip rubydotnet-bin-0.3.0
5. From the command windows, run ruby setup.rb
6. Finally, restart the Paglo [GoToManage] service (using Paglo [GoToManage] UI or Services Manager, on Windows implementations)

I hope this could help some one.
