Ive just upgraded from Gotoassist express and im enjoying some of the more advanced features. However im finding the “remote support installer” feature unreliable on some servers. On some 2003 servers the created exe file only sets up the ability for attended access instead of adding unattended control to the console.

I’m moving from GTAX as well. I’m getting use to GTA Pro and have run into your problem on Windows 2003 servers. The only way to fix it is to reboot the server after removing GTAX and then install GTA Pro unattended.

Thanks for the advice, I came to the same conclusion although this may be a problem if this happens after every gotoassist update.
