At the moment the Gotoassist and gotomanage login has a timeout of 15 to 20 minutes I beleive. This means im logging in over 10 times every day to the site. Its beginning to feel like some kind of mental torture.

Can the timeout on the site be increased or a way added for individuals to change it from there settings.

I have great news regarding the timeout issues you have been experiencing. We will be significantly increasing the timeout period in order to provide GoToAssist Pro users with a better user experience. Expect this change and many other exciting features to be added shortly.

Just a thought is the a way to have the goto assist pro program work like the goto assist express where it stayed logged in on your computer with an icon down in the tray? this is one feature that was so helpful in getting a session started a lot faster then logging in and then starting the goto assist pro
