I attempted to establish a remote session from home last night using my MacBook Pro over a wireless N connection. It told me there was a missing plugin (just like it did on my iMac) but then proceeded to tell me that there was no internet connection when I attempted to install the plug-in. I checked the firewall and it is off. I verified a connection to the internet by navigating to a new page in a new tab. Do I need to hardwire the MacBook to install the plug-in? I will be using the MacBook in a couple of weeks while on vacation to provide support when needed. The plug-in installed fine on my iMac. Both OS’s are the same (Lion).

Thanks,
Bob Tipton
