Hello,
We just started using Go To Assist to support all our organizations computers. These are not external customers that need to give us permission to access their systems. We need 24/7 access (whenenver the user is online). We used PC anywhere up until our recent purchase of Go To Assist. Can we eliminate the clients from having the option to block our IT support?
